We take a 180-degree turn from ATS and AI to go back to the fundamentals in human interaction, removing screens and seeing faces. The ability to read body language and communicate with others has been lacking in recent years. It’s my job to help bring this not-so-novel concept back to the forefront of sales, hospitality, and customer service.
We’re Like a Food Handler License but for Handling Humans
Restaurants require employees who handle food to get their Food Handler License upon hire. That license ensures that all employees serving consumed goods to the public meet basic requirements. Same with a CPR Certification for lifeguards, making sure they are equipped to save lives in bodies of water.

How much does it cost?

How much does it actually cost?
Fundamentals of Human Interaction course cost $24 per job applicant, at the applicant’s expense. The only other cost is if you’re not quite ready to commit to cultural change. Make us a PREFERENCE (instead of a requirement) and get a partial discount (1/2 OFF per employee). *Expect only partial results*
What if someone doesn’t want to take it?
Part of what we do is weed out candidates who are only interested in doing the bare minimum. We also highlight those that go the extra mile. If a job candidate refuses to get certified in human interaction, perhaps you have your answer about the work ethic of that individual.
How long does it take to complete?
People usually complete our Fundamentals of Human Interaction course within 2 hours. The course is 100% online and can be taken from anywhere.
Will I be notified when someone passes?
Yes. When someone uses your portal and completes our course, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. That way you can stay on top of HI qualified individuals.
