We provide psychology-based training and assessments for current and upcoming employees.

Why is that important?

Although education and experience is collected on resumes, a job candidate’s psychological makeup is not. This valuable piece to the puzzle is missing from traditional hiring methods. We focus solely on a person’s psychological makeup so that businesses can hire and keep the best people on the team.

What do you mean by “psychology”?

Simply put, psychology refers to human behavior. We cover the ABCs – a person’s attitudes, behaviors, and communication methods – while at work. Someone’s attitude, how they communicate, and typical behaviors make a HUGE impact on a company’s success.

How does your certificate program work?

Our courses are 100% online. Individuals can receive this education from the comfort of their own home or workspace. The program is divided into 5 sections, each followed by a short quiz. Once completed, an expert will review the individual’s answers. Reports are sent to businesses weekly / monthly.

How much does it cost?

Job candidates can take our program for only $35. Business owners can also provide this training for current employees at a discounted group rate. **Contact us for rates**

How long does it take?

Most people complete our training & assessment in 2 hours or less. It takes up to 48 hours for our experts to review each submission & distribute certificates.
